1.9.00 until 30.9.01 eBusiness Consultant and Head of Marketing of Viennese Pixelwings Media AG; Managing Partner as of March 2001 of Pixelwings Medien GmbH in Berlin, Germany (a newly founded subsidiary), responsible for setting up the business incl. the development and implementation of the business-, marketing/PR- and sales strategy; Strategic consulting for several clients and projects.
1.6.99 until 31.7.00 Interactive Communication Manager Unilever Netherlands; responsible for the Dutch New-Media-initiatives and internal sensitizing for the topic; among other things development of a Business Plan for a multi-brand Internet-platform.
1.1.98 until 31.5.99 Brand Development Manager at Unilever / Van den Bergh Foods in the Netherlands. Project leader for a major international project; then 'Brand Leader' for Blue Band (biggest Dutch yellow-fat brand) with responsibility for a turnover in excess of 100 mln Euro and for an assistant PM.
10/93 until 12/97 Brand-manager for Unilever, Division Kuner, in Vienna. Responsible for a turnover of about 100 mln Euro, with personnel responsibility (two assistant BM's), reporting directly to the board. Several successful introductions of innovations, several awards.
6/92 until 12/97 part-time occupation with Vosicky Elevators, Vienna, as a freelancer, being responsible for the entire IT structure and IT processes. Planning and development of a comprehensive integrated system for order-processing, invoicing, and stock keeping.

2/88 until 6/93 Study of 'Business Administration and Economics' at the University in Vienna (WU), specializing in "Advertising & Market Research", "Business Information Technologies" and "English for international Trade"; Award of a special scholarship for outstanding academic performance. Graduation in July 1993 with a master's degree.
1987/1988 Compulsory military service in the Austrian army.
1980-1987 Secondary school in renowned public "Schottengymnasium" in Vienna, with Austrian "Matura" (graduation diploma)

Qualifications

  • Languages: excellent written and spoken English (First Certificate of Cambridge University: best grade "A"; Berlitz-Proficiency: best grade "Negotiation Skills"); excellent written an spoken Dutch (governmental exam NT2); rather rusty French
